Neither the Cleveland Browns, nor the Oakland Raiders will be drafting Johnny Manziel with their first picks in the NFL draft on Thursday, according to Jay Glazer of Fox Sports.

Several mock drafts had placed the former Texas A&M quarterback with Cleveland early in the first, but Glazer has reported that the team does not intend to draft Manziel if they remain in the fourth slot. He later confirmed that Oakland also would not be using their No. 5 pick to draft Johnny Football.

2012 Heisman winner Manziel has been one of the most talked-about prospects since the beginning of the college football season, with his pro day being broadcast live and drawing visits from Texas Governor Rick Perry and former President George H.W. Bush.
