2014 NFL draft order: When the Tennessee Titans pick in Round 2; full list of picks

SI.com's Chris Burke called the Tennessee Titans a "wild card" to select a quarterback in the 2014 NFL draft. If Tennessee doesn't pick a quarterback, it will hedge its bets on Jake Locker, who has had trouble staying healthy during his three NFL seasons.

The Titans went 7-9 in 2013 and have only six picks in this year's draft. They need to replace veterans Chris Johnson, who signed with the Jets, and Alterraun Verner, who left for the Buccaneers.

Needs: Outside linebacker, cornerback, running back
