2014 NFL draft order: When the Carolina Panthers pick in Round 2; full list of picks

As the Carolina Panthers look to improve on their 12-4 record from last season, there is one major question: Who will Cam Newton throw the ball to?

The Panthers cut veteran receiver Steve Smith in the offseason, and Carolina could use one of its seven picks in the 2014 NFL draft to help find a player capable of working with Newton.

Needs: Receiver, offensive tackle, cornerback
