The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have gone 4-12 in two of the past three seasons, need all the offensive help they can get. The Bucs ranked last in the NFL in passing and total offense in 2013, producing just 18 points per game.
Rookie quarterback Mike Glennon had some positive moments after taking over for Josh Freeman, but the Buccaneers signed Josh McCown in the offseason and declared him the starter. Still, there is speculation Tampa Bay may consider a quarterback early - an indication that the Buccaneers could be one of the wild cards of the draft.
