The Cleveland Browns went 4-12 in 2013, continuing a run of futility that started when the franchise returned to the league in 1999.
They have 10 picks in the 2014 NFL draft and have multiple needs, including quarterback (after releasing Brandon Weeden and Jason Campbell in the offseason). The team brought back center Alex Mack and signed free agent running back Ben Tate in the offseason.
