The Cleveland Cavaliers will have the number one pick in the NBA draft for the second consecutive year.
The Bucks had the highest odds to win at 25 percent after going 15-67 last season, followed by the Philadelphia 76ers at 19.9% and the Orlando Magic 15.6%. The Cavaliers had just a 1.7% chance of winning the first pick.
This year's draft is believed to be especially deep with young talent with four freshman on top of Sports Illustrated's most recent NBA draft Big Board.
