The soccer's greatest and grandest personalities convened in Zurich Monday for the FIFA Ballon d'Or gala, with numerous awards and honors being doled out.

Among the honors were the places on the FIFA FIFPro World XI --- a group where Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Franck Ribery help make up a dream team of players from around the world.

The four attacking superstars headline the team (all except Ibrahimovic were finalists for the Ballon d'Or), along with stars from Germany, Brazil and Spain. The Premier League and Serie A had zero representation, with only the Bundesliga, La Liga and Ligue 1 fielding players on the XI.

The team in full is below:

GOALKEEPER: Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich, Germany)

DEFENDERS: Philipp Lahm (Bayern Munich, Germany); Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid, Spain); Thiago Silva (Paris St.-Germain, Brazil); Dani Alves (Barcelona, Brazil)

MIDFIELDERS: Franck Ribery (Bayern Munich, France); Andres Iniesta (Barcelona, Spain); Xavi (Barcelona, Spain)
