Germany, Argentina again top new FIFA rankings; USA drops to No. 32
World Cup champion Germany again remained at the top of the monthly FIFA rankings, released Thursday, as the U.S. men's national team continued their slide, dropping to No. 32.
The top nine squads remain unchanged from last month, with Colombia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Brazil, Portugal, France and Uruguay following behind Argentina. Italy jumped up two spots to round out the top 10.
Spain dropped out of the top 10 and comes in at No. 11. It’s the first time Spain has not been in the top 10 of the FIFA rankings since 2007.
The United States dropped one spot to No. 32, while Costa Rica remained No. 13 to lead the CONCACAF nations.

The Confederation of African Football has 11 teams in the top 50, the South American Football Confederation has six, CONCACAF has three and The Asian Football Confederation has one team. The Oceania Football Confederation has no teams in the top 50, with New Zealand being the confederation’s top ranked team at No. 134.
Next month’s ranking will be released on April 9.
