Telemundo's call of Carli Lloyd's 50-yard goal is equally amazing

When United States women's national team midfielder Carli Lloyd finished off her hat trick with a strike from the center circle, Telemundo's Andres Cantor had the call of a lifetime.

United States women's national team midfielder Carli Lloyd buried Japan with the fastest hat trick in Women's World Cup history and Telemundo announcer Andres Cantor gave her third goal the call it deserved.

With less than 16 minutes elapsed in the match, Lloyd caught Japanese goalkeeper Ayumi Kaihori out of position and booted the ball into the net from the midfield line, extending the American lead to 4–0.

Cantor, the Spanish-language play-by-play man known for drawing out the word “gol” for as long as possible, spent a full 38 seconds screaming the word.
