Robbie Keane, Michael Bradley, Steven Gerrard and Chris Tierney have all withdrawn from Wednesday night's MLS All-Star Game against Tottenham with various injuries.

The four of them join Frank Lampard, who has yet to play in MLS while nursing a calf injury suffered in training for NYCFC, on the sidelines while replacements have been called in. New York Red Bulls midfielder Dax McCarty was already tabbed to replace Lampard, while Colorado Rapids midfielder Sam Cronin, LA Galaxy's Juninho and Gyasi Zardes and Columbus Crew SC's Ethan Finlay and Waylon Francis were added to coach Pablo Mastroeni's squad on Tuesday.

Sebastian Giovinco could also withdraw, according to comments made by Toronto FC manager Greg Vanney. He said that Giovinco would be evaluated in Colorado for a heel injury before his status was determined.

Lampard and Gerrard were MLS commissioner Don Garber's two selections. MLS did not specify on the injuries to other players, though Vanney said Bradley was nursing a calf strain following the CONCACAF Gold Cup.

The changes leave MLS with a number of second-choice players for Wednesday night's clash against Tottenham, although Finlay is the league's leader in assists with 12.

MLS's roster for the clash against its Premier League foe is:

GOALKEEPERS: Nick Rimando (Real Salt Lake), David Ousted (Vancouver Whitecaps)

DEFENDERS: Omar Gonzalez (LA Galaxy), Matt Besler (Sporting Kansas City), DaMarcus Beasley (Houston Dynamo), Tony Beltran (Real Salt Lake), Laurent Ciman (Montreal Impact), Waylon Francis (Columbus Crew), Chad Marshall (Seattle Sounders), Drew Moor (Colorado Rapids)
