Michael Bradley will miss the U.S. men's national team's friendly against Peru on Sept. 4 to play for Toronto FC the following day at Seattle, he confirmed in an interview with TSN 1050 on Friday.

However, the midfielder could potentially join the USMNT for a friendly on Sept. 8 against Brazil in Foxborough, Mass., depending on what head coach JurgenKlinsmann decides.

“There was agreement that for this game in Seattle I'd be able to stay with Toronto FC and then afterwards, if Jurgen would like, then I'll join up with the team in Boston for the game against Brazil,” he told TSN 1050.

Bradley has missed seven Toronto games to play for the U.S. this season.

Toronto is fourth in the Eastern Conference with 34 points, 10 points behind conference leader DC United.
