The U.S. women’s national team beat China 2–0 in a victory tour match in Arizona on Sunday night, with Crystal Dunn and Christen Press scoring the two American goals. 

Dunn opened the scoring with a left-footed strike in the 39th minute, her fourth career international goal.

Press’s goal came in the 81st minute on a shot from just outside the box.

The game was also notable in that Abby Wambach, who will retire after Wednesday’s match against China in New Orleans, entered in the 79th minute.

The game was played at University of Phoenix Stadium, the home of the Arizona Cardinals, in front of 19,066 fans, the largest ever USWNT crowd in the state of Arizona.
