Another goal, another milestone for Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Real Madrid striker scored the 90th goal of his Champions League career on Tuesday, burying a shot into the top of the net in the 64th minute against Roma in the second leg of their round-of-16 series. Real Madrid entered the day with a 2-0 aggregate advantage and was seeking a berth in the quarterfinals, and after Roma squandered some genuine opportunities, Ronaldo put an effective end to the tie.

Ronaldo’s goal came off a cross from Lucas Vazquez, and gave his team a 1–0 lead on the day, 3-0 on aggregate. James Rodriguez later padded the lead even further.
