Lionel Messi extended Barcelona’s lead to 4–0 against Getafe with a terrific strike.

Lionel Messi extended Barcelona’s lead to 4–0 of what would become a 6–0 win over against Getafe on Saturday with a terrific strike that curled away from the opposing keeper and into the bottom right corner.

Messi took a pass in the center of the pitch, spun around a defender and struck left-footed from outside the box to give Barcelona an even more comfortable lead before heading to halftime.

He also had two assists in the half, including an impressive volleyed ball in to Neymar for a score.

Messi’s fine season continues as Barcelona looks to extend its lead in La Liga.
