PSG clinches Ligue 1 as Ibrahimovic nets 10-minute hat trick

Paris Saint-Germain became champions of France in emphatic and record-setting fashion on Sunday, dominating Troyes 9–0 in a game where Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored a 10-minute hat trick.

With the win, PSG took a 25-point lead on second-placed Monaco, an insurmountable lead with eight games left to play. March 13 is the earliest any team in the top five European leagues (England, Spain, Italy, Germany, and France) has secured a league title. It is PSG's fourth consecutive year winning Ligue 1. 

In the first half, PSG began what would become a trend of scoring in bunches, as Edinson Cavani, Javier Pastore and Adrien Rabiot scored in the 13th, 17th, and 19th minutes, respectively.

As if that wasn't enough, Troyes would compound its misery with an own goal, after which Cavani scored his second and Ibrahimovic added his fourth of the match.
