Christian Pulisic's father says rising USA, Dortmund star is not seeking a move
Despite Borussia Dortmund loading up on attacking talent in the summer transfer window, 17-year-old U.S. international Christian Pulisic is not seeking a loan or a transfer from the Bundesliga club, his father has told German media.
Speaking to BILD, Mark Pulisic disputed reports to the contrary and said that "Christian has no interest in leaving the club. He had a good half year last season, and wants to continue to break through."
Pulisic scored two goals and had two assists in limited time with the first team last season and earned a place on the USA's Copa America roster, but the club brought in plenty of competition for his place. Germany World Cup winners Andre Schurrle and Mario Gotze and a pair of rising European stars, France's Ousmane Dembele and Turkey's Emre Mor, were added to the squad this season, which also lost Henrikh Mkhitaryan to Manchester United.

When asked by the Bundesliga's official site what his plans for the season were, Pulisic simply said, "Just to have a great season, obviously I want to play as much as I can, and we want to win the league, if we can."
Pulisic was not on the gameday roster for Dortmund's German Super Cup loss to Bayern Munich, sparking more speculation that he'd find it difficult to feature under Thomas Tuchel this season. He did feature during the preseason for the club, even scoring a late equalizer in an International Champions Cup friendly against Manchester City. He was photographed with the club's first team during its media day on Wednesday.
Dortmund opens the new season on Aug. 27 at home against Mainz.
