Arsenal put on an attacking show against Ludogorets in a 6-0 Champions League rout Wednesday, with Mesut Ozil scoring a hat trick after Alexis Sanchez, Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain had seized the three points.

Alexis started it with a gorgeous chip, as the Chilean forward beat the offside trap to receive a pass from Oxlade-Chamberlain, cut back on a defender and then cheekily beat opposing goalkeeper Vladislav Stoyanov, who remained rooted to the ground while the shot hit the back of the net.

The goal was his sixth in all competitions this season and his second in the Champions League, with the other coming in a draw against PSG to open group play.

Walcott doubled the lead later in the first half with a wonderful goal of his own, curling a powerful right-footed blast by Stoyanov to make it 2-0 shortly before halftime.

Oxlade-Chamberlain made it three two minutes into the second half to all but wrap up the points with a curled effort from close range, and Ozil added a fourth for the Gunners.

Ozil wasn't done, either. He added Arsenal's fifth and sixth in the final minutes to add on to the rout and make it 6-0, just days after his goal proved to be the difference for Arsenal aganst Swansea City in Premier League play.

Arsenal remains tied with PSG (on points, ahead on goal differential) atop Group A, which also features Swiss power FC Basel.
