Whether it's Madden NFL or in this case Football Manager, your team on the video game screen is often your team in real life, and one fan from China traveled thousands of miles to visit that team.

Well one fan from China traveled 6,000 miles to visit the tiny English Club he fell in love with while playing Championship Manager 01/02, according to the Mirror.

Huang Wenbin made the journey to visit the Runcorn Linnets, after he guided the now defunct Runcorn FC Halton to victory on the game 15 years ago. He led his team from the Conference to the Premier League, signing stars like David Beckham and Roy Keane as he played.

Wenbin made the journey with his family to Millbank Linnets Stadium to see where Runcorn plays in the ninth-tier of English football.

Club officials gave the family a tour and souvenirs and even let Wenbin's kids kick the ball around on the pitch.

Wenbin didn't get to see Runcorn play in person but he did see Liverpool and Manchester City play during his trip.
