Spanish giants Real Madrid have won the World Club Cup for the second year running, defeating Gremio 1-0 through Cristiano Ronaldo's wonder of a free kick in the United Arab Emirates.

Los Blancos, having won the Champions League at the end of last season, earned their place in the competition and have capped off 2017 with a stunning haul.
