MELBOURNE, Australia -- Andy Murray cruised through the first two sets against French qualifier Vincent Millot before falling behind 1-5 in the third.  So he decided he had had enough and swept the remaining 23 points to win 6-2, 6-2, 7-5.

Millot, ranked No 267, was serving at 5-1, 40-15 in the third set, just one point away from taking Murray to a fourth set, when the two-time Grand Slam champion went on his incredible run. In fact, Murray was one point shy of serving up a virtual "Golden Set," the rare feat of winning all 24 points in a set. Murray didn't even realize it was happening.

"It was 6‑5 when I went to serve for it, and someone shouted out, 'You won 19 in a row,'" Murray said. "I would say that's probably the most I'd ever won in my career by far. I mean, it's very difficult to do. I don't really know how I did it."
