Tulsa Shock guard Skylar Diggins out for season after ACL tear

Tulsa Shock guard Skylar Diggins will miss the remainder of the season after tearing her anterior cruciate ligament in a game Sunday against the Seattle Storm, the team announced Wednesday.
Diggins will undergo reconstructive surgery.
Diggins scored a season-high 31 points in Sunday's game. She sustained the injury with less than a minute remaining in Tulsa's 93-89 victory.
The third-year guard out of Notre Dame is averaging 17.8 points in 32 minutes per game this season. The Shock are currently 8-2 and in first place in the Western Conference.
"For the remainder of this season, I will continue to support my teammates in every way possible," Diggins said, according to the team.
It is unclear whether the torn ACL will jeopardize her participation in the 2016 Summer Olympics.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm so full of love and support right now.
