Report: Backstage Details on The Bloodline Story Following WWE WrestleMania 40

Backstage tidbit on WWE's storyline with The Bloodline and who still has significant creative input.

Some details have emerged on The Bloodline story behind the scenes at WWE.

WWE has been enjoying great business success, and a good chunk of that can be credited to "The Tribal Chief" Roman Reigns and The Bloodline faction. Things are reaching a fever pitch with the stable after Roman lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40 Sunday. With Solo Sikoa seemingly defying the orders of "The Head of the Table" by bringing in Tama Tonga to take out Jimmy Uso, mutiny looms over The Bloodline.

Backstage, one prominent name remains a key factor in creative plans for the storyline.

WWE NEWS: MONDAY NIGHT RAW SUPERSTAR ONCE FEARED CAREER WAS OVER DUE TO INJURY

WrestleVotes is reporting that Roman Reigns still has a major say in the direction of his stable, and that will be evident in the coming months. Reigns isn't expected to be back on WWE TV for a while, and an exact date for his return is unknown at this time.

The news may not come as a surprise to seasoned WWE fans, as Roman has long had input on his character and storyline direction. It has certainly paid dividends for WWE and despite a big regime change with Vince McMahon completely out of the picture, WWE officials are quite pleased with the staying power of The Bloodline.

Jacob Fatu is reportedly on his way to WWE and he could very well become an immediate player in this story. If a civil war is indeed coming within The Bloodline, it'll be interesting to see who ends up on opposite sides.
