How has MVP become such a critical part on-screen of WWE's programming?

MVP just resigned with WWE and although terms of the contract remain undisclosed we confirmed with Sports Illustrated's Justin Barrasso that he will be with WWE for the foreseeable future.

We thought when MVP came back to WWE in January for the Royal Rumble Match that he was just back temporarily and perhaps even backstage as a producer but how has he become such a critical part on-screen of WWE's programming? SI's host Kaitlin O'Toole is joined by Justin Barrasso for insight on this.
