NBA draft early entry list: Full roundup of underclassmen turning pro
The NBA draft isn’t until June 25, but as the college season winds down, dozens of underclassmen have begun declaring their intentions to turn pro.
Players have until April 24 to declare their eligibility for the draft. However, the NCAA’s new draft eligibility rules facilitate a higher number of early entries, with players given until May 25, ten days after the draft combine, to withdraw from the pool, provided they have yet to hire an agent. Not every player will be invited to the combine, but all will have the opportunity to work out for teams and receive feedback.
Below are all the players who have declared or reportedly intend to, grouped by those hiring agents and turning pro for certain, those keeping their options open, and those whose status remains unclear. The third group notably includes every eligible Kentucky Wildcat, whom, as head coach John Calipari announced, will all test the waters.
Current as of April 1.
