Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski was highly critical of North Carolina’s bathroom bill ahead of leading Team USA to the Rio Olympics.

The legislation, formally known as House Bill 2, has come under heavy scrutiny for being anti-LGBT. The bill requires transgender people to use the bathroom corresponding with the sex on their birth certificates.

“It’s an embarrassing bill,” Krzyzewski told USA Today Sports. “That’s all I’m going to say about it.”

Duke’s basketball schedule has been affected by the bill, as Albany canceled its Nov. 12 game with the Blue Devils after New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo banned publicly funded, nonessential travel to North Carolina.

Numerous individuals and teams within the sports world have condemned the bill.

The NBA is scheduled to host its All-Star Game in Charlotte next February, but is considering moving the game because of the bill.
