Karl Breslaw heard a ruckus shortly after the package was delivered and found his alleged best friend with the precious tickets in his mouth, according to MASN

"When I went out, Fezzik was chewing on a piece of one of the tickets," he said. "He had ripped the envelope in half and was chewing on a piece. I reached down and grabbed it and rescued the tickets."

The tickets seem to be in usable condition, so Fezzik should not suffer too great a punishment, but he will likely not be left near the mail slot again for a while.
