Bowling Green basketball game delayed due to broken buzzer

There are plenty of reasons basketball games can get delayed, like broken backboards, or uneven rims, but Bowling Green's recent game against Northern Illinois was held up for the most annoying reason possible, the horn would not stop going off.

The horn went on for several minutes while play was stopped, and the entire affair held up play for around 10 minutes.

#BGSU men's hoops: While we're at it ... when horn is stopped, it turns shot clock & time clock over baskets off. We could be here awhile.

Once play started back up the players and fans worked through their headaches and Bowling Green won 56-46 over its MAC rivals.
