Initially, we were skeptical of Bryce Harper’s new hair color. We still are.
But at first, it was unclear if the Nationals star was trolling. After his initial Instagram post with his silvery, flowing locks, it was easy to assume the 22-year-old knew how to use a photo filter to full effect, just like any good millennial.
But apparently that's not just the classic ‘Amaro’ filter at work, making Harper look like he aged 50 years. His new shade is indeed the real deal, as the salon that did the job confirmed with another post.
The Washington Nationals’ outfielder debuted his new look Saturday, using the hashtag “Ice” to describe his updated ‘do.
People dye their hair for various reasons: a bad break-up, attending Comic Con, or just going through an identity crisis.
