Report: Packers had a players only meeting about video games
The Packers fell to longtime rivals the Bears on Thursday night, losing for the fourth time in five games after starting the season 6–0. NBC announcer Cris Collinsworth revealed that video games may be shouldering some of the blame.
In the second half of the Thanksgiving contest Collinsworth mentioned that the team held a players only-meeting before their Sunday victory over the Vikings in which Aaron Rodgers addressed some players preferring Xbox and Playstation to studying the playbook, according to Pro Football Talk.

“I don’t think Aaron Rodgers was too happy with the preparation schedule of some of the young players on this team. A few too many video games being played and not enough homework.”
Players focusing on Call of Duty more than opponents is only one of Green Bay’s problems, as the team is also dealing with a possible curse placed on them by McDonalds and Mike Ditka.
