Buffalo Bills kicker Dan Carpenter accidentally spiked his helmet into his own face.

Buffalo Bills kicker Dan Carpenter added injury to insult Sunday.

After missing a field goal, Carpenter spiked his helmet on the sideline. The helmet bounced back up and hit Carpenter in his face.

Carpenter fortunately avoided injury from the incident, and returned to the game to make some kicks.
