Kanye West apologized to Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan on Tuesday.

West had a series of lyrics antagonizing Jordan and Nike in his song "Facts.” In the track released on New Year’s Eve, West repeated the line “Yeezy, Yeezy, Yeezy just jumped over Jumpman.” West also criticizes Nike, with whom he had a contentious departure from, in the song.

West clarified Tuesday he only meant to criticize Nike CEO Mark Parker in “Facts.”

West left Nike over issues with control over his fashion line. West now works with Adidas, with whom he will release his third clothing line this week.
