In an Inside the NBA segment on Thursday, Shaquille O’Neal had a little fun at the expense of young Lakers rookie D’Angelo Russell.
This is understandable. Russell broke locker room code and videotaped teammate Nick Young discussing his infidelities (granted, that’s an entirely different issue), and the video leaked to the internet, sparking a firestorm of weird press around the already-struggling, last-place Lakers.
Watch the video below, in which Shaq cracks jokes and takes some shots at temporary TNT co-workers Isiah Thomas and Lisa Leslie as he sits in the place of Young, then discovers he’s being recorded.
This isn’t going away anytime soon, it seems.
