The Atlanta Braves have traded relief pitcher Hunter Cervenka to the Miami Marlins in exchange for prospects, the teams announced Saturday.

The Braves will receive infielder Anfernee Seymour and pitcher Michael Mader in the deal. Seymour is ranked as the No. 8 player in the Miami minor league system, while Mader is ranked No. 24, according to MLB.com.

In 34 innings this season, Cervenka has posted a 1–0 record with a 3.18 ERA and 35 strikeouts. However, he has had issues with walks, issuing 23 so far.

Cervenka is the second relief pitcher the Marlins have acquired recently, along with Fernando Rodney.

The Marlins (58–51) currently trail the Los Angeles Dodgers by two games in the wild card standings.
