Report: Former NBA F Jan Vesely agrees to deal in Turkey

Former NBA forward Jan Vesely, a former top 10 pick who spent part of last season with the Wizards and Nuggets, agreed to terms on a deal to play in Turkey, according to a report Saturday from CSNWashington.com.

Former NBA forward Jan Vesely, a former top 10 pick who spent part of last season with the Wizards and Nuggets, agreed to terms on a deal to play in Turkey, according to a report Saturday from CSNWashington.com,

Citing information directly from Turkish media outlets, the report says he will play for FenerbacheUlker from the Turkish Basketball League. The 24-year-old from the Czech Republic will reportedly travel to Istanbul next week to finalize the deal. 

Vesely was selected No. 6 overall by the Wizards in the 2011 draft. He was traded in a deadline deal to Denver that sent veteran guard Andre Miller to Washington.

In 162 career games between the Wizards and Nuggets, Vesely averaged just 3.6 points and 3.5 rebounds.
