Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith called out the Carolina Panthers, his former team, in Baltimore's game against the Cincinnati Bengals last Sunday.

As captured by the NBCSN show "NFL Turning Point," shortly after Smith's 80-yard touchdown reception, which gave the Ravens a 16-15 lead, the receiver yelled into the camera, “Hey, if you [expletive] think I can’t play, you’re gonna find out in Week Four, [expletive]!”

The Ravens host the Panthers in Week 4 on Sept. 28. Carolina released Smith this offseason after he spent his first 13 seasons with the team.

Smith has made inflammatory comments about the Panthers in the past, saying at one point there will be "blood and guts" on the field when the teams play this season.

The receiver totaled seven receptions for 118 receiving yards against the Bengals. In his time with Carolina, Smith compiled 836 receptions for 12,197 yards and 67 touchdowns.
