Hall, 30, has started every game the last four seasons for the Redskins. Over 10-plus seasons since being drafted in the first round in 2004, Hall has recorded 43 interceptions and 135 passes defended.

Veteran nickelback Tracy Porter has yet to play this season while he deals with a hamstring injury.

The Redskins (1-2) host the New York Giants on Thursday night.
