Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor was added to the team's injury report ahead of Sunday's matchup with the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLIX.

The pool report said that Chancellor left the field with his knee wrapped after falling on the second-to-last play of practice.

The other players listed as probable on the injury report are offensive tackle Justin Britt (knee), running back Marshawn Lynch (back), cornerback Richard Sherman (elbow), offensive guard J.R. Sweezy (ankle) and safety Earl Thomas (shoulder).

Over 14 games this season, Chancellor has recorded 94 total tackles, an interception and a forced fumble.

The three-time Pro Bowler is in his fifth season with the Seahawks.
