New England Patriots running back Jonas Gray is inactive for the Super Bowl, according to multiple reports. 

In addition to Gray, defensive lineman Zach Moore and Joe Vellano, wide receivers Josh Boyce and Brian Tyms, running back James White and offensive lineman Jordan Devey are also inactive.

It's not immediately clear why Gray is inactive for Patriots' Super Bowl appearance. 

Center Brian Stork, however, who has battled a knee injury over the past two weeks and did not play in the Patriots' AFC Championship win over the Indianapolis Colts, is active for Sunday.
