The New England Patriots look to continue their streak of good luck after judge Richard Berman nullified Tom Brady's four-game suspension for his role in the alleged Deflategate scandal. The Patriots will conclude their preseason slate with a home game against the New York Giants on Thursday night in Foxborough, Mass.

Brady is now eligible to start on Week 1 but may not play in Thursday's preseason finale. The NFL will appeal Berman's decision.

The Giants and Patriots will meet for the first time since defeating the Giants in the final game of their 2014 preseason. The Giants won their last postseason meeting as Eli Manning led New York to a 21-17 victory in Super Bowl XLVI. Manning also put an end to Brady's undefeated season hopes back in Super Bowl XLII.

The Patriots won last season's Super Bowl XLIX over the Seattle Seahawks as the Giants finished third in the NFC East and failed to make the playoffs.

Details for tonight's preseason game are below:

Game Time: Thursday, Sept. 3 7:30 p.m. ET

Where: Gillette Stadium

TV: WBNC (New York), WBZ (Boston)

Live Stream: NFL Game Pass
