San Francisco 49ers cornerback Tramaine Brock dropped what appeared to be an easy interception against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

Cardinals’ quarterback Carson Palmer aired the ball out to the end zone, which resulted in a direct pass to Brock, who was all alone. Brock was unable to make the grab, as the ball hit directly off his chest and bounced on the ground.

Judging by the shadows on field, the sun may have played a factor in Brock not making the interception. The Cardinals were held to a field goal on the drive that extended their lead to 6–0.

Let’s just say Brock won’t be switching his position to wide receiver anytime soon.
