Minnesota Wild honor Prince before game vs. Dallas Stars
The Minnesota Wild honored pop star Prince, who passed away on Thursday, with a moment of silence before their Game 6 matchup with the Dallas Stars on Sunday.
The music icon was found dead at his home in Minneapolis and was born in Minnesota.
Earlier in the week, the Minnesota Twins lit up their stands with purple lights to honor the musician.
The seats in the Excel Energy Center were also set up in a special pattern to honor Prince.
The Stars held a 3–2 lead in the series coming into the game.
