In a new 90-second commercial for Under Armour, Michael Phelps is seen working as hard as ever ahead of his final Olympics.

Phelps does not speak but is seen swimming alone, training in the gym, carbo-loading, taking an ice bath and undergoing cupping therapy to prepare for the Summer Games in Rio.

The ”Rule Yourself" spot is one of several ads released by Under Armour starring Olympic hopefuls. Last week, the company released a 30-second ad with USA Gymnastics stars.

The sports apparel company teased the video's release on Monday with a short video displaying Phelps’s reaction to the final cut of the ad. His fiancée, Nicole, was brought to tears.
