In this week's episode of the SI Tennis Beyond the Baseline Podcast, Sports Illustrated executive editor and host Jon Wertheim talks with retired Croatian player Mario Ancic.

After winning three singles titles, five doubles titles, a Davis Cup trophy and a career-high ranking of No. 7, Ancic stepped away from the game in 2011. On the podcast, the 31-year-old discusses his transition to Columbia Law School after tennis, where he studied and completed his law degree in 2013. After working in the legal department of the NBA, Ancic compares the league to tennis and shares what he believes the ATP can do from a business standpoint to improve the sport. Ancic also makes predictions for Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and more for the 2016 season, shares what he wants his career to be remembered for and more.
