Tuesday’s match will be the seventh time that Zverev and Sonego are facing off, but they have yet to square off in 2026. Zverev is a perfect 6-0 against Sonego, winning two matches against him in 2025 and another two in 2024.

They have never faced each other in a Grand Slam.

He’s also struggled to get anything going against Zverev in their six career matches, winning just two total sets.
