We have just two NHL games to choose from for our player prop picks on Friday night.

I’m targeting Tyson Foerster, Dylan Holloway, and Leo Carlsson for my picks tonight.

Let’s get right into my favorite NHL player props and anytime goalscorer picks – and their odds at the best betting sites – for Friday, April 3.

Best NHL Prop Bets for Friday, April 3

Odds via DraftKings Sportsbook

  • Tyson Foerster Anytime Goalscorer (+285) at Islanders
  • Dylan Holloway OVER 0.5 Points (-154) at Ducks
  • Leo Carlsson OVER 2.5 Shots on Goal (-110) vs. Blues

Tyson Foerster Anytime Goalscorer (+285) at Islanders

Despite his initial diagnosis ruling him out for the rest of the season, winger Tyson Foerster returned to action last night against the Red Wings. He had four shots on goal and scored the first goal of the game for the Flyers.

Foerster was one of the Flyers’ best forwards before his injury, and now has 11 goals in just 22 games this season. That includes a goal against the Islanders in November, and he had two goals against the Isles in a game late last season.

Dylan Holloway OVER 0.5 Points (-154) at Ducks

Dylan Holloway has had a down season as he’s battled through some injuries. He has just 38 points in 51 games after putting up a career-high 63 points last season.

Holloway has been fantastic since returning from injury after the Olympic break, though. He has 21 points (9 goals, 12 assists) in 17 games, and is currently riding a four-game point streak. On top of that, he’s recorded a point in 7 of 8 and 12 of his last 14 contests.

The Blues winger had an assist in Anaheim last month, and the Ducks haven’t cleaned things up defensively since then.

Leo Carlsson OVER 2.5 Shots on Goal (-110) vs. Blues

I broke down this play in SI Betting’s daily NHL best bets column, Top Shelf Picks:

Leo Carlsson has been aggressive with the puck in recent games. He has nine shots on goal in his last two games, and has gone OVER 2.5 SOG in six of his last nine contests.

Much like his team, Carlsson has also been much better at home, at least in terms of shooting the puck. The center has gone OVER 2.5 SOG in three straight home games, five of his last six, and eight of his last 10.
