Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf missed the final two games of the regular season after he was suspended for striking a fan during the Steelers' win over the Detroit Lions in Week 16.

Now, he's set to return for the team's wild card round matchup with the Houston Texans on Monday night.

Pittsburgh is a three-point home underdog against the Texans, but Aaron Rodgers and company found a way to win the AFC North in Week 18 even with Metcalf out of the lineup. So, the Pittsburgh offense should get a slight boost with the star receiver set to return on Monday.

During the regulas season, Metcalf appeared in 15 games and caught 59 of his 99 targets for 850 yards and six scores. He played 87.2 percent of the offensive snaps for the Steelers, making him one of the most important pieces in this offense.

DK Metcalf UNDER 4.5 Receptions (-153)

Houston finished the regular season with the No. 1 defense in EPA/Play and EPA/Pass in the NFL. That makes this a tough game for Metcalf and the Steelers passing game, especially since the former second-round pick didn't exactly have the best regular season of his career in his first season in Pittsburgh.

I lean with Metcalf to fall short of his receptions total in this game, as he already has 10 games with four or fewer receptions in the 2025 season.

The Steelers should benefit from having the star wideout in the game to stretch the defense, but I don't think it translates into a huge game for him stats wise. Metcalf has received double-digit targets just one time all season, which really lowers his ceiling when it comes to this prop.
