Los Angeles Rams Win Total Projection for 2026 Season (Rams Favored to Bet Best Team in NFL)

The Los Angeles Rams made the NFC Championship Game in the 2025 season, but they are expected to do a lot more in 2026.

Sean McVay's squad is favored to win the NFC West, NFC and the Super Bowl ahead of the 2026 regular season. Not bad!

Reigning league MVP Matthew Stafford and Co. had one of the best offenses in the league in 2025 (tied for first in EPA/Play), and Puka Nacua, Davante Adams and Kyren Williams are all back and ready to repeat that performance in 2026. Plus, the Rams bolstered their defense with two huge trades, making them a very dangerous team that is clearly all-in with Stafford nearing the end of his career.

Oddsmakers have given the Rams a sky-high win total projection in the 2026 season, but can they reach it?

Here's where they stack up compared to the rest of the league in 2026.

Not only do the Rams have the highest win tota projection in the NFL, but they are favored at DraftKings to finish with the most regular season wins in the league at +590. The Baltimore Ravens (+790) are the only other team in that market with shorter than 11/1 odds.

There's no doubt that the Rams are going to be a handful in the 2026 campaign, as they returned most of their key offensive contributors while adding Trent McDuffie and Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to their defense. Plus, there's a chance Aaron Donald comes out of retirement to play for the Rams this season.

A Donald decision would add yet another proven superstar to this team, even though he hasn't played since 2023. Recently, I spoke to a BetMGM trader that revealed that the Rams' odds won't change if Donald returns because of the uncertainty around what he can do at age-35.

Still, this is a loaded roster with arguably the best coach in the sport in Sean McVay.

The Rams were in the mix for the No. 1 seed in the NFC last season before the Seahawks beat them out, and they may benefit from playing a second-place schedule in teh 2026 season. Still, playing in the NFC West makes it really tough to win 12 or more games since four of the Rams' 17 games will be against potential playoff teams in San Francisco and Seattle.

In fact, Los Angeles' schedule for the 2026 season features nine games against teams that made the playoffs in 2025, and that doesn't include Dallas, Kansas City and Tampa Bay.

I think the Rams are talented enough to win the Super Bowl, but it's a tough path to a 12-win season, even though they won 12 games in 2025. Plus, this is a veteran team that may deal with a few more injuries this season, especially since Stafford has take a ton of hits throughout his long NFL career.

I'd lean with them getting it done, but this team may end up being more focused on the Super Bowl than anything else in 2026.
