Bill Enright: The oddsmakers released the latest odds for who will get selected first overall in this upcoming NBA draft. Let's bring on our gambling analyst, Corey Parson, and Frank Taddeo, for their analysis of who is going to get picked first. And Corey you and I were talking a little bit earlier, and it really comes down to who is going to get that number one pick in the draft lottery.

Corey Parson: You know, so funny, fellows, in a normal season, we'd be coming up on the NBA draft right around now. But that's not the case this year. And when you look at the guys, it's going to be in the lottery this year. Start with the Golden State Warriors, if they get the first pick in draft. They'll draft James Weitzman. He a guy to come into that line to start immediately. Well, if it's the Cleveland Cavaliers, they're more likely going to take Anthony Edwards. He's the kind of swing player coming in and make an immediate impact in the way the Cavaliers play. And then lastly, if a team like the New York Knicks get number one pick in the draft, which probably will never happen? They want to take LaMelo Ball because that would be the most New York Knick thing to do

Bill Enright: Knicks stay being the Knicks. Frank, let me go over to you for the odds on these three players that Corey mentioned.

Frank Taddeo: Yeah, Corey actually highlighted the three players that sit atop the early betting board over at the West Gate Superbook here in Las Vegas. And that would be Anthony Edwards. He's the favorite right now at odds plus a dollar twenty-five. Coming in. Right behind him is James Wiseman, the big center out of Memphis, at odds of two and a half to one. LaMelo Ball who obviously Corey highlighted that could possibly be a quote-unquote, Knicks pick and would fit totally with their scheme and the way that their draft history. He comes in with odds of three to one. But finally, Bill, another guy on that betting board is Obi Toppin, the big power forward out of Dayton. That is immensely talented. And right now, he checks in with odds of five to one for the 2020 Naismith Award winner. And then finally, Bill, for those guys that are looking for some maybe some monster payouts. These five players at the bottom of the board right now with triple-digit odds. So my advice is, if you'll look, if you have a strong opinion right now on any of these players. Now is the time to strike because we know these odds are going to change once Corey. You know, obviously highlighted once we know that the draft order and that's going to be a big thing once we know who's taking it, which spot. Obviously, these odds are going to change. So if you like any of these odds, jump in now, Bill.

Bill Enright: Assuming everything goes smoothly with the coronavirus and the league does start or resume on July 31st. The new NBA draft date is scheduled for October 15th. Corey and Frank, thank you guys for your analysis.
