Time is running out for Churchill Downs and the Nevada Pari-Mutuel Association to come to an agreement on a contract and commission discrepancy over the Kentucky Derby. The world’s most famous horse race is schedule for Saturday, September 5th but Nevada bettors may look to avoid betting on the race now that the Nevada Gaming Commission has ruled to put a max on winnings.
