The Colts haven’t won the AFC South since 2014 but head into the 2021 season as the favorites according to DraftKings. Indianapolis made some splashy moves this offseason including acquiring quarterback Carson Wentz. While the Jaguars are planning on starting rookie quarterback Trevor Lawrence and the Texans starting passer is still unclear, the Colts will have to beat out the reigning AFC South champion Titans.

Here are the current division winner odds for the AFC South:
Indianapolis Colts: -106
Tennessee Titans: +130
Jacksonville Jaguars: +750
Houston Texans: +2200
